It is not due to fault of our leaders before independence it was the fault of common people who were unaware of importance of education and due to that they were not interested in getting education. It is a necessary step for government to take to prepare a program to convey a message to common Pakistani that what is the importance of education in today's globalized world so common people should be prepare and they should be well aware of this.
