I believe the questions you have put forward have been discussed on this forum several times.
The previous papers of the candidates who have been asked to reappear will not considered obviously. Rather the previous papers of these candidates must not have been sent for checking and their fresh papers ( of re-take) would be considered and the first papers would stand discarded.
Same for your second question. the previous paper would not be considered at all and would not have any effect on the fresh attempt (re-take) Its only the re take which would be considered.
Your third question is not clear as to what criterion you are referring to. If you are asking about the selection of the candidates from Faisalabad center obviously that is based on the outcome of the probe FPSC has made into the scam.
