Common wealth scholarship is offered for all fields of study. There are 10 seats for Pakistan and 30 students will be nominated for scholarship out of them 10 will be selected to study in any top ranking university if United Kingdom.
First all candidates have to appear in test which is same like GAT-General but the difficulty level is higher than normal GAT test, so one who wants to compete for this scholarship must prepare well for it.
After test, you will be contacted by IPC and they will further guide you regarding process.
IELTS 6.5 band is required for getting admission in UK university and also Commonwealth commission will ask you for IELTS.

It is for Mphil leading to Phd. and yes those who have 16-years education can apply for it.
