Government should take initiatives to urge the importance of education in common man because a big problem in the way of education development in Pakistan is that common people don't take education as important as their other aspects of life and that's why they don't focus to send their kids to schools on priority basis. Educated people should be given incentives to encourage them to promote education on community basis in their areas. Most of educated people wants to provide their services on voluntarily basis but they don't have any experience to promote and work for the development of education in their areas so government should start a training program for those people so they become aware and being trained people they will give good output to government.
