i don't see that any unjust allocation here.... now the question is how did merit no.532 got PAAS, the thing is their preference.... after 316, I think no one had PAAS in their preference before OMG, so they were allocated OMG and remaining PAAS went to the last in merit.... Simple
... If anyone in between 316 and 341 of KPK had PAAS in their preference before OMG, then my observation is wrong..... Otherwise I'm right...So if any of 316,326,337 and 341 is reading this post please respond...
