Take all of your degrees, certificates, result cards (even matric and intermediate) and mark sheets hence everything you possess in form of your academic record. (originals + photocopies). Don't leave anything home otherwise they will send you back to fetch it. Furthermore, take 13 pictures not 12 if they had asked you to bring. They actually needed 13. You will submit only photocopies of your documents. Originals are just for verification.
