Don't worry about the scale, but surely you are going to pocket an initial sallary more than that of a BS-17 grade officer. You will be placed anywhere in SBP's field offices throughout the country. And about the nature of job, you shall be trained for it for 12-weeks at NIBAF, Islamabad.
