Razzid, if you see the YPIP ad thoroughly you will find there is no mention of particular division. Requirement is 16-year education. Ist, 2nd or 3rd is not their concern. But, make sure your age is not more than 28 years. And then start preparation.

All three tests, more or less, will be conducted on the same pattern. So, if you concentrate on any one, you are actually preparing for other two as well. Good luck.
