They could never out perform..... keep in mind..........
But, I think there must be a separate quota for females as they have nothing to do with the operations against criminals and terrorists ... The only purpose of their induction is to take females in custody, presence of female police in case male investigates, searching women and look after the women police stations as female culprits are kept there. . .
Other than that, female's role is totally out of question.....

We have already seen , what kind of 'special role', is being played by female traffic wardens....

In a nutshell , no female should be allowed to join psp by open merit, as they have no work to do except passing time in stupid things as female wardens did during training.....
They would get on bikes as a fun , roaming here and there and that's all.....

I have stated the facts..... I hope, nobody would become biased on the basis of gender.
