Realistically speaking, unemployment is one of the major problems in our country, which is a vivid hurdle in the development of human character. It is generally acceptable that if we look at most of the students who are getting education, they would be more inclined towards a charming career. For the attainment of their goal, they come across various institutions and academies, where they have got to pay out huge amount of money. These institutions have turned education into a lucrative business as they charge a great deal of money to the students as their fees. The majority of students belonging to middle or lower middle class family hardly manage to bear their educational expenses. They deem of a chequered life and wish to enter in elite class. In is unjustifiable to put the whole blame to students. I would hold all the institution and universities responsible for having drawn this entire picture. Let me illustrate, whenever we visit an institution or go through the advertisement of any university, they would be seen giving guarantee of an attractive and good job not a good man. They never claim to make a Neoton or Einstyon. Even Govt. is blatantly paying attention to the quantity of education rather than the quality of education. We will have to change our attitude and minds set and think ahead of time in order to ensure a better society equipped with both educational and moral qualities.
