raazid is an unknown quantity at this point
Default

2x-6=y, 3x+y=4 find 3y?

multiply first equation by 3
6x-3y=18
multiply second equation by 2
6x+2y=8

now subtract second from firs
6x-3y=18
-6x-2y=-8
-5y=10
y=-2
3y=-6
