centre has to realise all social, psycological and historical reasons behind the conflict ..... keeping the scnerio of ecnomical uplift of population will hwlp the young so they not get involved in anti state activities. for example there are three main sectors which create jobs, one, the agriculture. second, the industrial sector and third the financial sector. none of this exist in balochistan due to its population and geography. it makes it easy to millitants for recruting the young paying them amounts. the sector exists is the natural resoures which are sold by federal govt to foreighn exploiters. making this sector active and handing itover to province will help to the ecnomic uplift of reigon and will creat jobs for reluctant educated unemployed youngs.
