No dear she was asked to register again... don't know for what reasons but you don't have much time to think about it..
you have to choose any one option not both...
I would suggest manual and if you have any regional or provincial office in vicinity then it will be like "sonay pe suhaga".. fill manual application, attach required docs and submit it as soon as possible.
