Segregation of Good Guys & bad guys.

Taking good guys in full confidence and Dialogue with them to leave militancy in Pakistan.

Asking Taliban leaders to convince other small commanders to come at terms with Government.

At the end, stern military full scale operation to clean the mess forever.

Dialogue seems impossible as of now, US Drones would never let this happen.

At the end of the day Army will have to go there for cleanliness.

As far as exam is concerned :-

Education

Jobs (spacial quotas for FATA etc)

Industry in FATA

Check on NGOs

Uprooting the Nurseries of Militancy :-

Control over Deeni Maddaris

Check on Funding of Maddaris

Justice in country
(No justice no peace. No one would arm himself if the system provides him justice).

Severe check on Civil Unrest, violation of human rights

Steps to overcome Un-employment
(unemployed youth is becoming the fuel of terrorism. Even science students were involved in preparing IEDs etc)

Writ of the Govt over affected areas

Porous Border of Durand line

International support over the Indian hegemony in Afghanistan.

No Drone attacks

We should clean the mess ourselves.

Many reforms by Govt in FATA, Balochistan, Karachi etc

Stern military actions across the board by Govy

No mercy to anti-Pakistan elements

No mercy to target killers

Role of Agencies required

Politician have to play their effective roles

Militant Wings of Political Parties and ECP

Govt has to close all options for terrorism in Pakistan. Killing a militant kills one but quenching a nursery of militants stops many young guys to become a terrorist.
