Thats after the 6 months training. posting will be based on post training test results. toppers will be posted at the head office. while others posted at branches as General Banking Officer (GBO)

A Flat increment of Rs 2K will be given after the completion of 1st year and that'll increase gradually as the years increase. seeing 25k during training is a handsome amount but it stays the same for a year or so which is unfair as every bank upgrades the pay scale after training. all this have been told by mates in Batch 41 and 42.
