If criticism should be harsh, ruthless and like a slap then the purpose behind criticism becomes suspicious, and criticism enters the premises of insult which is unacceptable. Nobody in the world is born with a desire to be insulted, not even you! If I apply your own principle to you and say "manners hen nae ar aa jatay hen criticize krnay.... Bla bla", how would you feel? Ofcourse bad!
But if I say Brother be polite whenever you criticize, then too message is communicated but in other way.

It was the power of Positive attitudes, Kind behaviour, Decent manners and soft spoken words that our ancestors could spread the light of Islam in the whole world. Harsh words can do no good.
