When the number of candidates exceeds a certain limit, then there is a written test carrying 100 marks ( mcqs based ) and then a limited number of candidates are short listed on the basis of that test.
Syllabus for the test is usually available in KP PSC office, however you should prepare English, Pak Affairs, General Knowledge and your own subject in detail.
