One of my friends has joined kips and she said it's going pretty well and she reckons me to at least go and have a look there.

so my question is, where to join for essays, current affairs and pakistan studies? since these are the only courses which i feel really need to be tutored.
Farbia if you go through the books thoroughly you will be able to attempt tricky questions on your own. Just break down the question into parts and then attempt it. The thing is everyone needs guidance but for how long? You get guidance for one or two days and then you study on your own. Do you want to keep getting guidance for 3 or 4 months? I don't think so. Phir aap parho gai kub? But if you think getting classes is a must, then join Subject Specialist teachers for example there is a famous teacher, Mr. Razi Abidi for Essay. Academies are a distraction, they take away a chunk of your time that would have been better spent with your books.
