American are neither foe nor friends. They are a donminant power, they are willing to control over the Subcontinent in order to expand their dominancy and markets. Apart from that they give aids to different third world countries, actually it is a part of their diplomacy to strengthen their import and export goods to keep the wheel of their economy moving on... As a matter of fact, in 1952, USA gave the first aid to Pakistan for their own vested interests.
