I didn't prepare any notes for css 2013 and same is my case with current affairs. I just enhance my general knowledge . I went through all the newspapers even sometimes Indian newspaper to read their opinions. I think one needs understanding and general information. It is the most puzzling subject for candidates. one must read newspaper dawn and few international. make a routine. just focus on relevant topic like international relations, change in global politics and organizations are easy to cover because most of them have same purpose and same flaws. Your presentation in paper accounts a lot especially current affairs and pakistan affairs. and pray for good luck
