Check your preparations, compare with your result of 13, see where can you improve? Keep Essay on one side. Try to find if there was any reason for failure. If you cant find one, don't worry, consider it an act of luck. Go for CSS 2014. If you think you need bit more improvement and you have got chances you can prepare for 15. But don't loose hope. If they proved you wrong this time, prove them wrong next time.
