Use your common sense; in this case, the examiner has asked the following MCQs:

(15) Which of the following secretes Oxytocin:
(a) Adrenals
(b) Pituitary
(c) Thyroid
(d) Ovaries
(e) None of these

You have to select the best answer from 5 options. And you know that oxytocin first secreted by "Hypothalmus" and then from "Neurohypophysis"(pituitary). But the examiner has given only "Pituitary" in one of the five choices. So it is not difficult for you to point out that "pituitary" is the right answer.

Now suppose there are both the choice like (b): pituitary (d) hypothalamus. Now the difficulty arises, in such a situation you have to select the best answer. That would be "Hypothalamus" in such a situation.
