to be frank I have never made notes throughout my life. I can give u one golden tip for dis subject dat dnt ever read guides,u can pass it by guides study,bt it wont fetch u any extra credit.
go for exhaustive commentries of each code.
I read:
crpc: m mahmood
cpc: amir raza
qso: m mahmood
ppc: pld
Torts: ratanlal
contract: pld commentry.

at least give a read to important topics from these books,it will give u plenty of material to write about.
secondly,learn atleast one or 2 leading judgements for every topic,reference to judement gives u 5-10 extra marks.
Thirdly,each of these subjects have different schemes.of study,study them accordingly.
for example,
prepare ppc chapterwise,crpc topic wise,qso topicwise,cpc section+order wise,contratct topic wise, and torts chapterwise.
