first of all their is typing test for 5 minutes, they give you a paragraph on a paper and you have to type it in ms word
then without telling any marks of typing test they take the interview of all candidates, interview panel consist of three or four members, all of them asks you short questions, and one of them checks your documents as well.
questions consist of Islamiat, general knowledge and current affairs..
questions are not much difficult but it matters that you click at that time or not.
and little bit know how about your city, your memberz national and provincial assemblies etc..
