Dear an effort was made to resolve this dispute by drawing 24th parralel line in 1965 or 1968 after the sieze-fire of Operation Gibraltor, But India denied to recognize this line. Which still makes it a disputed area between the two countries.
2ndly if you think that Rann of Kutch is not a disputed area then why Indian Army shot Pakistani jet down in 1999, claiming that it had voilated their territorial sovergnity?
If disputes between Pakistan and India were to be solved by aggrements and drawing parallel lines tu sab se pehlai Siachin or Kashmir issue hal hojata
