seems no logic
i would say that ppsc has taken a wrong step whic makes no sense at all. If candidates are short listed on academic basis ,there will be a sheer difference in marks of candidates having bachlor or master degree on annual system and smester system. Similarly those who are preparing for these exams from a long time will be out of game. PPSC's decision makers should have analyesed literacy rate, unemployment and standard of education alongwith opprotunities available in province. Yet we have not reached at standard of eqaul opprotunities. Moreover, it is also not fit with the concept of human rights. How you can take a decision related with so many people without taking ground realities in consideration. PPSC is already giving weightage to academic marks in interview so why now? If there is any problem regarding centers arrangement it should be settled otherwise not on the cost of playing havoc with the future of candidates. Revenue collected through applicants fees should be utilized for capacity building.
