Its depend on test and interview marks and academic record does not matter a lot. Secondly there are no fixed marks for merit,it depend upon number of seats and top candidates falling against each post. 3 candidates are shortlisted for each merit seat while 5 are shortlisted against each provincial/ regional seat for interview.
