1.yes right, no need to submit documents except mentioned,i.e, original bank deposit slip.(nts copy),3 recent photographs,cnic copy
2.yes you can apply for staff posts too(you can apply for three posts at the same time).make separate envelope and send with respective deposit slips
3.mention it under master(16 years) education.
