i am gov employee, and my organization allow only one DEPARTMENT PERMISSION CERTIFICATE in a year, in 2014 i have already got one for A.D land records.
Now what i do
can i fill colum number 23 that is about Employment Record

and what about colum number 26 that is For Candidates Applying Through Proper Channel
