Waja?? Take a piece of paper & try to write down whatever comes in your mind regarding your worries, sorrows, stress, life, study-in short whatever that comes to your mind. Fold the paper & put it at a safe place. Read it later after few hours or days. You may give it to a reliable friend to read it aloud in front of you.
