The case study given in sample paper is all about on the topic of decision making. Similarly the case study in paper will also be about an issue of management.
In above said case study there is a lack of strong leadership and taking bold decisions. The CEO is not courageous to get people answered whether is exploited by
his inclusive culture of organization.
Fresher must align decision roles with important sources of value and make sure that decisions are made by the right people at the right levels of the organization and just let the people who will live with processes to design and innovate them.
