What is the proper method to attempt a question in current affairs or Pak affairs paper? e.g. if the solutions of an issue are demanded,should we go directly to the solutions and stick to them for the whole answer or should we first give some brief background and the core of the issue then discuss the solutions? Which is the recommended way? plz reply
