I want to know the powers and responsibilities of Service Center In-charge and ADLR. Can any one please guide me who has more powers? And in recent ad ppsc said that the examination for ADLR will base upon the academic record provided by the candidate and earlier it was mentioned that the test will be conducted from GK and field related topics.
