There are vacant posts of AC/SO. They submitted the case for approval of Chief Secretary. The case came back from his office and went straight to cupboard i.e to record room with no action and i don't have access to classified information to ascertain the real picture. May be Chairman BPSC is the obstacle but still the so-called nationalist government is reluctant to remove Chairman despite clear procedure mentioned in BPSC Ordinance.
The only solution i can come up with is that candidates have to fight for their right and pressurize the government to send the posts to BPSC and conduct exam and Chairman to home as well. Otherwise bureaucrats have no interest involved to care for aspirants and their future.
An alarming situation while delaying PCS Exam is that in each meeting of Provincial Promotion Board officers are promoted to the rank of AS/SO and initial quota is accumulated which is still pending. So, each time promotion quota is filled in and posts to be sent to BPSC are held in abeyance which is the right of candidates to come through competitive exams. Thus, any further delay will stop promotion avenues for young officers inducted through BPSC.
So, pull up your socks and fight for your right. Nothing will happen to write so much on social media. proper forum is to meet Chief Secretary and Secretary S&GAD Balochistan.
