im bechlor in computer science can i apply?

and how to fill form by hand??????? because im getting problem , there is no online registration so when i download form after that there is no option of typing so what do i do???

there is only a option for me that, first i printout it then i fill myself...how do u all fill the form plz tell me solve my problem
