Im student of law and sharia so this was a topic for my major assignment which i collected from different sources as books related to history of quran, my daily lectures and plenty of materials i got over the internet..
So its ez'nt from a single source that y i can't figure out a single one...
However the most beneficial book regarding islamiat is "taareekh al-tahree'e al-islami".. Its written in arbic and also translated into urdu
