Mr Tom lived in a country side. He is sole bread earner of his family. He daily visits to a city for work as a labor. His job starts at early morning. His boss is strict and miser. He always tries to cut the money of labors but Tom always speaks for the labor rights in front of his boss. He is a leader of labor union. His boss always stress on the labors to work more than 8 hours. Through Tom’s strenuous effort he changed his boss stance of labor timings and now every day the labors are allow to get one hour break in their working hours.
