I attempted essay of number 6, 'Look to the east for a holistic progress' which proved to be very tricky. I am silent on what providence demands of us. CSS is a game of luck for those who keep on struggling and a science for those who get through it. I have found CSS very unpredictable which cannot be defined objectively.

i attempted the same essay and even mention the progress of china,japan, india,south korea there success stories and challenges but what i am dubious about is that this essay was definitely to compare the saarc with asean bloc ....what is your point of view ?
i.e. the failure of saarc and the success of asean ?
