Instead of downloading chalan form from ppsc website , I have deposited a general chalan form of Rs.400 .On that , I have written Head of Account correctly as was given on ad but on whose behalf money is paid , I have mistakenly written my own name and address. By Whom tendered was left open.

Please seniors guide me , will it be accepted? or I should deposit another chalan form by downloading from ppsc website??

I have been calling to their helpline but nobody receives.
