test pattern is same as NTS test. there will questions from English, Maths and may be from General Knowledge while you will have to write an essay also which is of 20 marks..
Research skills means you must have extensive knowledge of research and the process included in it because when you get selected you will work in the research wing of N.A as youth associate.
