yes i agree that recounting might not work but one has to follow
the due process of law and cj will himself ask u whether u have followed
the right procedure or not.

as far as the fpsc rules r concerned, there is no option of
"rechecking".there is only mention of "recounting of papers" and it goes
without saying that there is a Huge difference bet rechecking and recounting.
