Preparation of Physics for beginners.
First of all you should buy FSC books and go through both of them in detail. After that you should consult fundamentals of physics by Halliday, Resinick and study the same topics in detail. Then you should check the past papers and make a list of important topics which repeat in nearly every exam. You would observe that there are very less questions of electronics, thermodynamics, light and fluid dynamics etc, and they tend to repeat. So you should focus on them and cover their all aspects. Because they are bound to come in every exam so they will serve as their base.
The electrostatics and Electrodynamics portion is quite large and there are literally hundreds of topics in it. It is very difficult and time consuming to cover all the topics in this portion, so in this portion you can rely on selective study with the help of past papers.
The mechanics and vectors portion is also quite large and unpredictable. But you should cover it as whole because it is not much difficult.
