If this was not a natural accident then there are two hints to trace the criminals:

1) Check the history of cell numbers of all the candidates of this center
2) Trace the person who was first to break this news in social media. Because their purpose was to force FPSC to re-conduct the paper. That purpose could only be fulfilled by such criminal act and then through its publicity.

No doubt this is a blessing in disguise for the candidates of this center but this criminal act is also linked with this center.
