in Lucknow pact 1916,hindus agreed upon 1/3 representation of muslims.
i read montague reforms 1919 but could not find any reform regarding ratio of muslim representation except mere separate muslims representation.
so according to my opinion and Lucknow pact history the ans could be 1/3.
correct me if someone have exact and reliable source.
