Assalam-u-alkum...

My education background is purely private, I mean the education of mine as under:

MA-Pol Sc: 65% first class

BA-59% second class

HSC-60% first class/B Grade

Metric-70& first class/A grade

It means I have three first class and one second class in my education career. I have heard that if one has more than two second class in his/her career the he/she is not eligible for taking the test of GAT general/ GAT subjective and GRE ...Now Please let me know is that heard news wrong or right. I want to get scholership for either M.Phil or Masters and it must be full brighted for abroad. I have heard many candidtes are doing their studies on scholership that is free of cost, because they took a test of I don't know that might be of GAT or GRE, and they are doing their studies abroad. Now my question is, my education background I have mentioned above, and I want to do scholarship. I want to pass the test which will give me opportunity to go for abroad and doing studies free of cost... I don't have any job. So I have decided to do such thing for going abroad. I request you to reply me in detal and guide me rightly so that I can go for my goal with a right track and way. Guide me comprehensively, that what to prepare, which books are needed, how much these kinds of opportunists come to advertise and how many students manage to go abroad.

I want to prepare for these kinds of tests alone, please recommend me some books so that I may purchase them tomorrow and work for the goal.
