Today, my leg pained a lot. So I could hardly walk half km. Then came back to home. Yesterday, I ran a lot even more than walking and the result fetched to pain in my leg. Moch agay hay.
Now, I have observed that you firstly I must
walk for atleast 10 days more than run? AM I right? Please suggest me the right way... Thanks.
