Shah Saab I faced the same problem, it is mainly because of picture size. fit your picture to 1.5 x 1.5 and try again.

most probably it is because of picture size. 1.5 x 1.5 = 900 x 900 in dimension.

upload your photo graph with dimension of 900 x 900 i.e 1.5 x 1.5.
