I suppose you are from FSP . Bro please help me un one matter. The second group I am passionate about is FSP after PSP. Please tell me the aptitude needed to excel in FSP. My assumption is that your interpersonal skills matter the most . Can someone with below average interpersonal skills survive here ? I mean being straifhtforward, and not a good negotiator ?
