Has anybody any information about the writ petition which has been filed by a person in Peshawar high Court . The person was declared failed with 39 marks in English Composition and Precise paper . The final result of css 2013 has been delayed because of that writ petition. That person from KP was provisionally allowed to appear for interview and he was interviewed during Islamabad interviews phase final. My roommate also has the same position . He also has 600 plus marks and has been declared failed in Composition paper with 39 marks. Therefore , if anyone has any info regarding that writ petition , plz do inform here or drop e a email . 2. On what grounds he has filed the writ petition ?
3. What clauses he has challenged or what plea he has taken ?
4. any info about his contact details etc .
