Not a single Phd supervisor wants to allow his students to complete their Phd before 4 years. because they want to get funds for complete four years. Some supervisors also love to tease students because they know that Phd scholar is just like a free assistant to help them for research articles. Is waja sy b wo student ko 5 years sy pehlay free nhi krty hen.

HEC scholar is an honor but you are bound for 4 years. So it is only best for those who have no financial problems. You have to forget about a respectable job for 4-5 years.
